Screwturn Wiki 3 Google Sitemap Generator

This plugin is reference by Prabir ( http://blog.prabir.me/post/Screwturn-Wiki-Google-Sitemap-Generator.aspx )

Google Sitemap is good tool for SEO. It can help Search Engine find all page in your site. But Screwturn Wiki not support it on default.

Prabir make this tool and work very good. But it's not support some feature.

1. It's not include some static page, like: homepage (default.aspx), Page Categories (Category.aspx), All Pages (AllPages.aspx), Navigation Paths (NavPath.aspx).
2. not support lastmod tag.
3. Always have discussion page link even no any discuss in wiki.
4. reduce space when output XML file.
5. Using StringBulider replace Reponse.Write for more performance.

That not a big problem, i make a "Screwturn Wiki 3 Google Sitemap Generator" and support it.
